The Journey Behind the Woman
I am MyKia Welmaker — known in my creative, spiritual, and wellness realms
as Welmaker Wellness Woman. My path has been shaped by motherhood,
healing work, intuition, creativity, ancestral wisdom, and a lifelong
calling to help others return to themselves.
I’ve always known that healing and storytelling were intertwined —
that the stories we tell, the worlds we build, and the practices we honor
all reflect the journey of who we are becoming.
Through life's challenges, lessons, and revelations, I became not a teacher
standing above others, but a Journey Companion walking beside them.
Supporting. Listening. Creating spaces of safety. Building worlds
that remind people the light inside them is still there.
Every book, every series, every wellness offering I create
is rooted in that truth — that healing can be gentle,
creative, playful, emotional, and sacred all at the same time.
My journey is still unfolding, and every step I take is devoted
to helping others remember who they truly are —
through breath, story, color, ritual, and imagination.
